This study investigated the effects of Interactive Approach on Reading Comprehension and Attitudes of Senior Secondary School Students in Zaria Local Government Area of Kaduna State.<\/p>\n

The study aimed at evaluating the effects of Interactive Approach in determining students\u2019 predictive responses to passage; in establishing questioning strategies for answering reading comprehension questions,<\/p>\n

in enhancing students\u2019 ability to summarize comprehension passage, as well as examined the effect of the approach on students attitudes in the study area toward learning of comprehension.<\/p>\n

Physico-chemical properties and heavy metals content of textile effluent and water samples from Challawa industrial estate of Kano State,<\/p>\n

Nigeria were analyzed in this study and most of these parameters were found to be beyond the permissible standards stipulated by Nigerian Environmental Standards and Regulations Enforcement Agency (NESREA) and this call for serious concern and attention.<\/p>\n

A total of 98 fungi were isolated from textile effluent and water samples. These were dominated by Six fungal genera which comprised of three species of Aspergillus <\/em>namely;<\/p>\n

A.niger, A.flavus and A.versicolor <\/em>along with Penicillium <\/em>spp., Chrysosporium <\/em>spp., Microsporum <\/em>spp., Rhizopus <\/em>spp. and Trichoderma <\/em>spp.<\/p>\n
