Pathogenic bacteria were isolated from these products, the isolates were evaluated for Total\u00a0aerobic\u00a0plate count, Gram\u2019s reaction, Biochemical reaction, and preservatives employed.<\/p>\n

Also, the antimicrobial susceptibility of\u00a0isolates\u00a0<\/em>to selected antimicrobial agents was\u00a0determined\u00a0<\/em>by the disc diffusion method and their multiple antibiotic resistances (MAR) index was calculated.<\/p>\n
