This research work is on assessing financial statement of an organization to discover the financial strength of a company. The research work comprises of five chapters and it was conducted to know how financial strength of a company can be discovering through financial statement.<\/p>\n

Questionnaire items were administered to the staff of the company and information were gotten through both primary and secondary data respectively. The information gotten was analyzed using correlation analysis as a tool and further tested using student t-test statistic in other to accept or reject the null hypothesis.<\/p>\n

From the result gotten sofa, it is discovered that there is no positive relationship between financial statement and discovering the strength of the company because apart from financial statement or apart from money in an organization, there are other areas of strengths in the organization.<\/p>\n

Even though there is enough money in the organization but no manpower, both physical, mental etc. The organization is deeming to fall apart. Secondly, without satisfactory quality of product, the company is bound to fall because the sale turn-up will be encouraging.<\/p>\n

And without the ability to make sales the stock will be cumulated and the company will be producing but proportionately selling and the company will fall into insolvent or bankruptcy.<\/p>\n
