Admission Requirements for FUOYE
For both post UTME and Direct Entry candidates, the following are the general entry requirements for those who find their names on the admission list.
1. Candidates who choose Federal University Oye-Ekiti as their preferred university during the Post-Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and Direct Entry (DE) Registration must score at least 160 in the UTME.
2. Candidates must have a minimum of (5) credit passes at GCE O’Level, WASCE, SSCE, NECO, or allowed equivalents in relevant disciplines (including English Language and Mathematics) in not over two sittings.
3. Credit in Mathematics is required for all Science-Based Courses for both UTME and Direct Entry candidates.
4. Interested Candidates who did not select Federal University Oye-Ekiti as their preferred institution during the UTME/Direct Entry Registration process but intend to study there should do so via the JAMB website.
5. A candidate must be at least 16 years old to be considered in any courses offered in the federal university.
