University of Delta Agbor

The University of Delta (UNIDEL) in Agbor is a Nigerian university run by the state government. However, the university laid its foundation in 1995.

Also, the university is a State government-owned university in Nigeria with the main campus at Abraka, Delta State and its sub-campus at Oleh.

The National Universities Commission formally acknowledged the University of Delta, Agbor in March 2021, and the Joint Admission Matriculation Board (JAMB) and the National Youth Service Corps were both fully notified of the start date, making it one of Nigeria’s accredited universities.

University of Delta Admission Requirements

Admission into UNIDEL Undergraduate Program is based on one of two entry methods: UTME or Direct Entry.

UTME candidates must achieve the following standards in order to be admitted to the University of Delta UNIDEL in 2022:

1. Candidates must be at least 16 years old.

2. Candidates must have a minimum of six (six) “Cs (Credits)” in their O’level results (s). This must include English Language, Mathematics, and three other topics relevant to their program. A candidate who wishes to study law, for example, must have a “C” in English Language, Mathematics, Government/History, Economics, and English Literature.

3. Candidates must have a minimum score of 200 on the JAMB UTME examination.

4. Candidates must take the UNIDEL Post-UTME screening examination and perform very well in it (Depending on the study)

5. For admission to the University of Delta  UNIDEL, just ONE sitting result is accepted in UNIDEL.

6. Candidates must select the appropriate subject mix for their courses.

7. In order to secure admission, students must achieve the required cutoff marks for their courses.

8. Finally, candidates must meet the required cutoff marks for their courses to gain admission into the university.

UNIDEL Direct Entry Admission Requirements

1. Candidates who seek to enter the University of  Delta r UNIDEL through direct entry must complete the following requirements:

2. Candidates must have a minimum of five (5) credits in their O’level results to be considered. This must contain English as a second language and math. Two sitting results are not permitted.

3. Candidates must also be at least 16 years old.

4. To apply, candidates must get a JAMB Directly entrance form from JAMB.

5. Candidates must possess one or more of the following certificates: OND, ND, NCE, IJMB, Cambridge A level, BSc, HND, ICAN, OND, ND, NCE, IJMB, Cambridge A level, BSc, HND, ICAN.

University of Delta Agbor School Fees

1. Freshers (Indigenes) pay between 45,000 to 60,000 Naira per session (First and Second Semester).

2. Freshers (Non-Indigenes) pay between 35,000 to 50,000 Naira per session (First and Second Semester).

3. Returning students (Indigenes) pay between 15,000 to 20,000 Naira (Depending on the course).

4. Returning students (Non-Indigenes) pay between 20,000 to 25,000 Naira per session (This also depends on the course being offered).
